Recruitment film · GasNet
Buď plynař.
GasNet needed real gasworkers on camera, not actors reading a script, for a campaign built to make the trade itself look worth choosing.
About the film
“Buď plynař” (“Be a gasworker”) is GasNet's recruitment film built around the company's own technicians and gasworkers, made to put a real, human face on a trade that's chronically hard to recruit for. The brief was simple to state and hard to deliver: make the job look like what it actually is, through the people who already do it.
It placed 5th nationally in the Career Video of the Year – Small Companies category at the 2026 RA Awards, and GasNet covered the film on its own newsroom in “Plynaři před kamerou”.
How it was made
Same approach as every recruitment film I shoot: one person behind the camera, not a crew, so the people on camera get comfortable fast instead of performing for an audience. The goal isn't a polished actor-read script, it's GasNet's own gasworkers sounding like themselves.
